e-Cashier Availability
Availability of e-Cashier is determined by National Park Community College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have e-Cashier available during specific times and dates during registration.
The fee to defer tuition and fees through FACTS is a $25.00 non-refundable enrollment fee per semester, which will be processed electronically from your checking or savings account or to a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card. The down payment is processed immediately. Additional payments will be charged on the 5th of each month until the balance is paid in full. There will be a two week delay in applying your payment to your account at NPCC.
If you drop or add classes after you have completed your FACTS Tuition Payment Agreement and desire to modify your payment plan accordingly, please make sure to contact the Business Office at (501)760-4218 to initiate your change.
NOTE: Should an ACH or credit card payment be missed or NSF, a $30.00 fee will be automatically assessed to your account. You will be notified by FACTS of the missed payment via mail.
Accessing Your Account
If you have created an account with FACTS Management Company, you can use My FACTS Account to access your personal account information. Please note that you will need to have your agreement number, school identification number and validation code from your Confirmation Letter to view account information.
