How to Change Your Password Off Campus

  • Webmail starting page.
  1. Bring up the NPCC Home Page.
  2. Click on Web Mail, the page above is the starting page.
  3. Put a check in the last box just above log in
    I want to change my password
  4. Log in as usual, execpt you must have gcccdom\ in front of your username.
  5. Click Log on
    Click Log On
  6. Your old password will already be in its box unless you have tried and failed at least once.
    Old Password
  7. Type in your new password in both of the 2 empty boxes. This must be at least 6 characters long.
    Enter new password
  8. Click Change Password.
    Click Change Password
  9. Click continue.
    Click Continue
  10. You are now in your mailbox and your password should be changed.
  11. Download this tutorial for future use.
