4.310 Staff and Faculty Evaluation
Subject: Staff and Faculty Evaluation

Permanent and continuing employees of the College will have a job performance evaluation annually by an immediate supervisor or Vice President. If the Vice President elects to make such an evaluation, it will also include the immediate supervisor's written report. This report should be forwarded through the Vice President's office to the President's office.
The employee will initial the supervisor's report as evidence it has been received, and the employee will retain a copy of the report.
If any employee does not agree with the supervisor's evaluation, the grievance procedure as outlined in Section 4.340 may be used.
