ORDERING TEXTBOOKS ONLINE
NPCC Campus Store Fall 2014 online textbook sales have been closed for the remainder of the semester.
The online textbook ordering dates for spring 2015 will be announced at a later date and in time to purchase spring textbooks.
NOTE: PLEASE ALLOW THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS (DO NOT COUNT WEEKEND DAYS, OR COLLEGE CLOSED DAYS) FOR PROCESSING ORDERS.
Use credit card or financial assistance (PELL/Scholarship/Loans, etc); Please see bookstore home page for ordering. Order(s) may be picked up at store (after 3 business days from order) at no extra charge or shipped by Federal Express for an additional fee. Must have photo ID to pickup online textbook order.
FALL 2014 - IN-STORE TEXTBOOK/SUPPLIES SALES
In-store sales start Monday, August 4, 2014. Purchases may be made with: cash, debit card, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover); or personal checks with valid driver's license information of person listed on check and same information of person presenting check (if different). Must have photo ID if paid by check.
Eligible students may charge textbooks/supplies to approved financial assistance programs for the fall 2014 semesters during the dates of August 4 - September 3. No charges or returns to accounts will be allowed after Wednesday, September 3, 2014, no exceptions.

R E T U R N P O L I C Y
A valid receipt is necessary for all refunds or exchanges. An extended return period is offered from class start date. After this date, textbooks and course materials will normally be refunded within 3 business days of purchase throughout the year. Items must be in their original condition. Shrink wrapped or packaged items must be unopened. Access codes or computer codes/passwords that have been compromised may affect the return of the textbook or course material. General merchandise such as clothing and supplies may be returned with a receipt in original condition within 14 days of purchase.
