SUMMER 2013  ONLINE BOOK ORDERS

Online book sales start Friday, May 17, 2013, for pickup on or after Wednesday, May 22, 2013. PLEASE allow 3 business days (do not count weekend days) for processing orders; use credit card or financial assistance; see bookstore home page for ordering.  May be picked up at store at no extra charge or shipped for an additional fee (delivered by Federal Express).  Must have photo ID to pick up books.

In-store sales start Monday, May 20, 2013, for charges to approved student financial accounts (i.e. Pell, WIA, ESD, Scholarship, Rehabilitation, Veterans Administration (VA)); cash; credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover); or personal checks with valid driver's license information of person listed on check and same information of person presenting check (if different).  Must have photo ID to charge to financial assistance student accounts, no exceptions.

Students may charge textbooks/supplies to financial assistance programs THROUGH Thursday, June 13, 2013, no exceptions

R E T U R N  P O L I C Y

A valid receipt is necessary for all refunds or exchanges.   An extended return period is offered from class start date until Thursday, MAY 30, FOR SUMMER 2013.  After this date, textbooks and course materials will normally be refunded within 3 business days of   purchase throughout the year. Items must be in their original condition.   Shrink wrapped or packaged items must be unopened. Access codes or computer codes/passwords   that have been compromised may affect the return of the textbook or course   material. General merchandise such as   clothing and supplies may be returned with a receipt in original condition   within 14 days of purchase.
