New Employee at NPCC

The Board of Trustees at National Park Community College recently approved employment of the following:
Robert Chastain filled the position of Emergency Medical Services faculty and Program Director. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with a minor in History from Henderson State University. Mr. Chastain currently holds Instructor and Training Center Faculty certifications in EMT and Paramedic; American Heart Association Basic Life Support; Advanced Cardiac Life Support; Pediatric Advanced Life Support; Basic Trauma Life Support, Prehosptial Trauma Life Support; Pediatric Emergencies for Prehospital Providers; and Basic and Advanced Disaster Life Support. In addition, he maintains a Hazardous Materials Technician certification.
Mr. Chastain's previous work experience includes working with the Arkansas Fire Training Academy in the EMS Coordinator position, the AirEvac Lifeteam as Program Director/Flight Medic AE84, the Arkansas State University at Mountain Home as the EMS Technology Program Director, the Baxter Regional Medical Center as Paramedic, Training Center Faculty, and the Baptist Health Medical Center in Arkadelphia as Paramedic/Ambulance.
