SGA President, Lee WaldenRichard Lee Walden

SGA Office: President

Major: Nursing

Email: rwalden@npcc.edu

Bio: Life is about change. After spending over 25 years as a retail manager, I realized my true passion was helping others on an even more personal level. My career journey in nursing had begun at National Park Community College. I am a second year nursing student, preparing to graduate in May 2013 and continue on to UAMS as I pursue my Nurse Practitioner degree. I pride myself on academic excellence; however, my greatest joy has been the connections made while attending NPCC. In this vein, I am grateful for the opportunity the student body has entrusted in me to give back as President of our Student Government Association. I promise to serve, empower, and engage the students, faculty, and staff to improve our campus experience.
